Meat Roasting Times Calculator turns a meat, cut, weight, oven, and serving time into an easy roast plan with an estimated ready window, thermometer target, resting time, and reminders. It supports beef, pork, lamb, chicken, turkey, duck, goose, and venison, and accepts any sensible weight in kg, g, lb, or oz — including roasts under 1 kg, the top complaint about the leading competitor. A pure, deterministic timing engine is kept separate from versioned, source-cited rule data so calculations are testable and every result surfaces a safe internal temperature and its source standard. Choose "start now" or a serving time and the app works backwards to schedule when to preheat, put the roast in, begin checking the internal temperature, and rest — with local notifications for each phase and a live active-roast countdown derived from timestamps. Everything runs offline with no account, and a one-time Pro unlock is handled through RevenueCat.
