Cubic Yard Calculator is a measurement and estimating aid for contractors, landscapers and homeowners. It does not provide engineering, structural, surveying, construction, financial or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgment, supplier specifications, project drawings or applicable building codes.

Volume results depend entirely on the dimensions and units you enter. Tonnage, bag-count, truckload and cost figures additionally rely on typical density values, container sizes and the prices you supply. Real materials vary with supplier, moisture, compaction, grading and settlement, and site conditions rarely match ideal geometry. Treat every figure as an approximation for planning, not a guaranteed quantity or price.

You are responsible for checking your measurements, units, waste factor, material selection and results before ordering material, quoting a client or committing to a job. Confirm quantities and pricing with your supplier. Do not use the app as the sole basis for a purchase, a quote or a structural decision.

The app offers a one-time Pro unlock. Prices are displayed by the app store before purchase. Payment, refunds and restoration are handled by Apple or Google under the store's terms. Use Restore Purchases to re-enable Pro on a reinstall or a new device signed in to the same store account. “Lifetime” means access for the supported lifetime of the app and does not guarantee that every feature or platform will remain available forever.

The free version displays advertising supplied by a third-party ad network. Ad content is not selected, endorsed or verified by the developer. Purchasing Pro removes all advertising from the app.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app under applicable app-store rules. You may not resell, redistribute, disrupt, unlawfully reverse engineer or misuse the app, except where a restriction is prohibited by law. The app's code, branding, design and original content remain the property of the developer and licensors. PDF quotes you generate are yours to use in your own business.

We may correct formulas or density values, change features, update supported platforms or suspend the app when reasonably necessary. You are responsible for installing updates and confirming that the app remains suitable for your use. Saved projects are stored only on your device, so keeping your own record of important jobs is recommended. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that extent, the developer and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, over-ordered or under-ordered material, project delay, or loss arising from a calculation, estimate or use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

We may update these terms as the app or legal requirements change. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
