Yes. Enter any sensible weight in kg, g, lb, or oz — including small roasts below 1 kg or 1 lb. When a weight is below a cut’s reviewed range, the app tells you rather than guessing.

Roasting time depends on oven performance, shape, thickness, bone, and starting temperature, so a single exact minute would be misleading. The app shows an estimated window and a “begin checking” time, and always relies on a food thermometer to confirm doneness and safety.

Choose when you want to eat and the app works backwards to show when to preheat, put the roast in, begin checking the internal temperature, and rest. If you start reminders, it schedules a local notification for each phase.

Reminders use local notifications, which need notification permission. You’re asked for it when you start or schedule a roast; if you declined, enable notifications for the app in your device settings. The in-app countdown works either way while the app is open.

Open Settings and tap Restore purchases, or use the restore option on the upgrade screen. Purchases are tied to your Apple or Google account, so make sure you’re signed in with the account used to buy Pro.

All data is stored on your device. You can erase your history, favourites, and settings from the app’s Settings screen, or by uninstalling the app.
