Prescription Refill Calculator support

Email info@jayasena.dev with your device model, iOS or Android version, app version and a brief description of the issue. A screenshot is helpful, but please remove medication names or other sensitive information before sending it.

Version 1.0 includes refill-date timelines, tablet or capsule days supply, oral-liquid days supply, quantity needed, inhaler or nasal-spray days supply, and eye or ear-drop days supply. Open Show the Math on a result to review its formula, inputs, assumptions and rounding.

The date is an arithmetic estimate, not an eligibility decision. Actual eligibility depends on the prescription, prescriber, pharmacy, payer and applicable law. Verify the calculation and requirements with a licensed pharmacist or the relevant organization.

Check every highlighted field for a missing, zero, negative or ambiguous value. The app intentionally does not produce a result until the required inputs are valid. For drops, also review the displayed drops-per-mL assumption; for PRN directions, enter an explicit maximum daily use if one is available and appropriate to calculate.

Saved calculations and favorites live only on the device where they were created. They do not sync because the app has no account or cloud database. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app removes that local data.

Open Settings or the Pro screen and choose Restore Purchases. Confirm that your device is signed in to the same Apple or Google account used for the original purchase. If restoration still fails, contact support and do not include payment-card information in your message.

You can delete saved history, favorites and preferences in the app or remove all local app data by uninstalling it.
