Pharmacy Refill Calculator is designed to keep calculation details on your device. This policy explains what version 1.0 stores and what limited services may process.
Calculator inputs and results, optional medication names, calculation history, favorites, settings and any medicine photos you choose are stored locally on your device. The app does not require an account and does not upload this content to a developer-operated backend or remote medication database.
If you choose a medicine photo, the app requests access to select it from your photo library. The selected photo is associated with local saved history. Photo access is optional, and the calculators work without it. Notification or other permissions, if introduced, will be requested in context and can be managed in device settings.
Version 1.0 is designed so analytics, when enabled, is limited to generic events such as opening a calculator, completing a calculation or viewing the purchase screen. The app does not send medication names, dose, quantity, dates, notes, result values or selected photos in analytics events. If this separation cannot be maintained, analytics will not be used.
The free version may display banner advertising. An advertising provider may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, ad interactions and diagnostics under its own privacy policy. Health-related calculator inputs and results are not included in ad requests. Pro Lifetime removes advertising.
Pro Lifetime purchases are processed by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat. Those providers may process purchase history, an anonymous app-user identifier and technical diagnostics required to complete and restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
We do not sell personal information. Information is processed by Apple, Google, RevenueCat and an advertising provider only as needed for distribution, purchasing, entitlement management or advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.
Local data remains until you delete it in the app, clear app storage or uninstall the app. Purchase records are retained by the relevant store and RevenueCat under their own policies. No security method is perfect, but the app minimizes risk by not operating an account system or remote database for calculation content.
The app is a professional arithmetic reference tool and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when the app, its providers or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
