Pharmacy Refill Calculator is an arithmetic reference tool for pharmacists, technicians and students. It does not provide medical, clinical, prescribing, insurance, regulatory or legal advice and is not a substitute for professional judgment, authoritative references or organization policies.

A calculated date or quantity does not guarantee that a prescription is eligible for refill or that a payer will cover it. Actual eligibility depends on the prescription, prescriber, pharmacy, payer, patient circumstances and applicable law. Contact the relevant licensed professional or organization for an eligibility decision.

You are responsible for checking all inputs, units, assumptions, formulas, conversions, rounding and outputs before relying on a result. Do not use the app as the sole basis for dispensing, counseling, treatment or another clinical decision. If a result is unclear or conflicts with an authoritative source, do not use it.

The app may offer a one-time Pro Lifetime purchase. Prices are displayed by the app store before purchase. Payment, refunds and restoration are handled by Apple or Google under the store’s terms. “Lifetime” means access for the supported lifetime of the app and does not guarantee that every feature or platform will remain available forever.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app under applicable app-store rules. You may not resell, redistribute, disrupt, unlawfully reverse engineer or misuse the app, except where a restriction is prohibited by law. The app’s code, branding, design and original content remain the property of the developer and licensors.

We may correct formulas, change features, update supported platforms or suspend the app when reasonably necessary. You are responsible for installing updates and confirming that the app remains suitable for your use. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that extent, the developer and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data or loss arising from a calculation, eligibility decision or use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

We may update these terms as the app or legal requirements change. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
