The app is a fitness-test calculation and personal tracking tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with applicable law and app-store rules.

We work to keep scoring aligned with current published Marine Corps standards, but the app is not the official record of a test and cannot guarantee that every result is error-free. Official orders, authorized personnel, and official scoring systems control where results differ. Verify a score before relying on it for an official or career decision.

This independent app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United States Marine Corps, the Department of Defense, or any other government agency. USMC and Marine Corps names are used only to describe the standards the app calculates.

The free version may contain advertising. A one-time purchase may remove ads. Purchases, refunds, billing, and restoration are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play under the store’s terms and policies.

You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, interfere with, or use the app to violate law or third-party rights, except where a restriction is prohibited by law. The app’s code, design, branding, and original content remain the property of the developer and licensors.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary.

We may update these terms as the app or legal requirements change. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.
