Terms of use

Crustify is a game for entertainment. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, in line with these terms, the law, and the rules of the App Store. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, except where these terms are more specific.

Bake times, oven temperatures, ingredient behaviour and the pizzaiolo’s comments in the game are simplified for play. They are not a recipe, and they are not food safety guidance. Do not rely on them when you cook real food.

Crustify uses sound, haptics and a screen that stays awake while a pizza bakes. Take breaks, and do not use it while driving, walking in traffic or in any situation that needs your attention. Be careful when you fold and unfold the phone.

You may not copy, resell or redistribute the game or its art, sound and text, reverse engineer it except where the law allows it, or use it to break the law or anyone else’s rights.

Crustify, including its name, characters, art, sound, text and code, belongs to Chamuditha Prabhath Jayasena. You get a licence to play it, not ownership of any of it. Apple, iPhone, iPhone Duo and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Crustify is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

Crustify is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suit every device, and we may update or remove it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms, and will change the date above when we do. Using the game after that means you accept the new terms. How the game treats your data is described in the privacy policy.
