Cubic Yard Calculator support

Answers about volume results, material tonnage, saved projects and the Pro unlock. If you still need help, email info@jayasena.dev and we’ll get back to you.

Contact support

Email info@jayasena.dev with your device model, Android or iOS version, app version and a short description of the problem. For a calculation question, include the shape, the dimensions and units you entered and the result you expected — a screenshot is ideal.

Joining the Android test

The Android build is currently distributed through Google Play internal testing. Open the test invitation link on the device you want to install on, accept the invitation, and install from Google Play with the same account. If Play says the app is unavailable, confirm you are signed in with the invited account and that your tester status has been accepted.

How is the cubic yard figure calculated?

Every dimension is converted to feet, the area is calculated for the selected shape, multiplied by the depth for a volume in cubic feet, and divided by 27 — one cubic yard is 27 cubic feet. Cubic feet and cubic meters are shown next to the yardage so you can check the conversion. If a result looks wrong, the usual cause is a depth entered in feet instead of inches.

The tonnage does not match my supplier

Material presets use typical densities, and real material varies with supplier, moisture, compaction and grading. The estimated tons figure is a planning aid — always confirm the quantity with the yard you are ordering from before placing the order.

A result will not appear

Check each field for a missing, zero or negative value; the calculator intentionally waits until the required dimensions are valid. Also confirm the unit next to each field, since mixing feet and inches is supported but easy to mis-tap. For tanks, make sure the diameter and length are both entered.

Saved projects are missing

Saved projects live only on the device where they were created. They do not sync, because the app has no account and no cloud storage. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app removes that local data permanently.

Restore Pro

Open Settings → Purchases, or the Pro sheet, and choose Restore Purchases. Confirm that your device is signed in to the same Google or Apple account used for the original purchase. Settings → Manage purchase & get help opens your store purchase history for refund requests. If restoration still fails, contact support and do not include payment-card information in your message.

Ads, privacy and deleting data

Purchasing Pro removes all advertising. Ad privacy controls are in Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can delete individual projects in the app, use Settings → Delete all saved projects, or uninstall the app to remove all local data.

Read the privacy policy and terms of use.
