Every valid result surfaces a full audit trail — the formula, substituted values, unit conversions, assumptions and rounding rule — via a "Show the Math" panel, so answers can be checked rather than trusted blindly. It runs entirely on-device with no account and no remote medication database: medication names are optional, and saved history, favorites and preferences never leave the phone.
